Thinking of doing an APPLE DAY.
162.3 lb Lost so far: 14.7 lb.    Still to go: 27.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hi Susan!! If you do decide to do an apple day make sure that you drink something or atleast take cranberry concentrate pills so you don't get dehydrated and come down with a UTI like I did when I did it. Good luck with what ever you decide. Let me know how the apple day goes for you if you decide to do it. Ellie
