I'm stalled...any suggestions...ANYONE?????????? I guess I'm paying for my bad choice of food on Tuesday.

Also, I'm almost to the end of Phase 2 Round 1. I've read different ways to do this diet. Can I load for two days and then repeat
Phase 2??? Then go on to Phase 3?? Any advice would be sooooo helpful!!!
162.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hi Susan!! Just an idea for you to consider. I also started this diet eating Turkey Breast Meat and then became stalled. I re-read Dr. Simeons protocol and saw that he specifically says only Chicken Breast. I am not sure if it has to do with the chemical makeup of the meat and that Turkey has L-Typtophan in it which makes you sleepy but I changed to Chcken breast and it broke my stall. Also if you do decide to do an APPLE DAY it did work for me but he said to not drink any water at all and I came down with a UTI. so if you decided to do an apple day I would consider still drinking fluids. I hope this helps!!

I bet an apple day would help a lot - just sip on water instead of really drinking a lot the way you usually do. I tried it the other day and did lose over a pound that day but felt a little dehydrated the next day. I also felt like I was getting a UTI so it's funny that Ellie44 mentioned that. I was about to pull out the AZO but after drinking lots of water the next day I was fine. Also just putting some variety into your diet might help a little. You're doing great though!! :)

Oh! And my doctor advises to go through the 3 week maintenance so that your body can stabilize itself at your new weight then you can go right back into the next round if you want. Also he suggests using Phase I of the South Beach Diet as a guide for your "stabilization phase" (Hcg Phase 3) and trying to keep your calories around 1200-1300 per day. Just in case that helps....
