Original target weight achieved..
and even though I am not a believer of the BMI..
I will shoot to get withing it next...that would mean
a minimum of 4 more pounds off...
170.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 August 2018:

Congratulations! I have to admit I am a bit surprised. With your muscle mass BMI would seem like a stretch?

@adefwebserver actually the topside of my BMI is 166... 4 pounds away... and I haven't beun a cut phase in training yet... So, those pounds should be easier than the last 1 1/2... well see...I will carb load first.. then cut both carbs and fats and raise protein..and see what happens... and like I have said before.. this stuff was easy at 40... much more tricky in my 60's

@jimmiepop Yea, even I am a bit surprised..I thought it might take a year... but only took a little over 90 days.... but since I reached the initial goal it is time to actually get serious.. Never thought I'd be contemplating a cut phase in my 60's... but so be it... so, will hit the gym 6 days a week now, with 2 a days on Tuesdays and Saturdays...

@adefwebserver carve it as Michaelangelo would.. The only things you need are desire, consistency and most of all discipline... Knowledge is available from many on this site as well as others... You can do this... and can ripp yourself more than you ever would have believed... but... there is a process to any discipline... there are gates of knowledge you must understand and then travel through... The first gate, up the mountain...is belief... nothing is possible without it...
