I am so excited. I have lost 4.2 pounds since last Monday. I realize 3 pounds of it was vacation junk but I'm under 160 and I'm happy.

I've been following the book "Never Binge Again" and I've been doing well. A few rules:

1) Never eat after 6:30 pm. It's hard but I drink a lot of water and it helps.

2) Measure my food. Three ounces of hamburger is a lot less than I thought.

3) Ice cream only once a month. So far so good. I just have to remember rule number two once I have it. (My pig, Cruella de Vil, will be angry!)

4) Weigh every day. I can see the ups and downs and hopefully there will be more downs than ups.

This is a life long journey and I know there will be slip ups. I have to except them and move on. Learn why Cruella talked me into eating slop.

159.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
