Well maybe it's finally working. I've been doing lazy Keto for 7 weeks now and have been frustrated with no weight loss results. I have been mentally stronger and a lot less tired tho.
2 weeks ago I did a few tweaks at yalls recommendations and I'm seeing some change!! (I did cheat last weekend tho fyi)
I utilized a keto calculator for individualized macros.
I lowered my caloric intake to 1280.
I drink at least 96 oz water daily.
I quit eating the Adkins chocolate nut bars.
I switched from Splenda to Stevia (I hate it but oh well)
I stopped drinking a powerade Zero everyday since I figure I get plenty of sodium from my foods.

My concerns/thoughts currently:
Can I take my Vitamin D without it messing with my diet?
Why do I get ever so slightly light headed about 2 hrs after eating my morning boiled eggs if I go outside?
Why do I have the tiniest of headaches sometimes each day?

THANK YOU ALL for previous tips and feedback. They kept me from giving up.

I've been doing full-on keto for about 8 weeks now. Not sure about the Vitamin D - I don't usually take vitamins - but am thinking about starting some - I'll be watching this thread to see what others think on that one. As for getting lightheaded when you go outside - is it super hot or humid where you are? Maybe you need some extra salt. This combined with the tiny headaches suggest to me your body's confused and isn't fully in ketosis yet - are you testing? My understanding - from reading and from my experience is that the transition to keto can cause flu-like symptoms - keto-flu - maybe this is the cause of your headaches and light-headedness. Bone broth is great for this, as is a little salt. I don't understand the term 'lazy keto' - are you in ketosis - are you testing?

I am testing and I am in ketosis. Maybe you're right and I should add a bit more salt to my diet.

Lazy keto is just less strict. And obviously it doesn't work for me. Hence the change in following my macros and calories closer. :) I do live in a hot area. I'm in southern Tennessee and I work in a daycare with 2 yr olds part time. When we go outside at 11:30am and I have to bend over for any reason I get a slight head rush. I used to experience those at a higher magnitude several times a day. But not in several weeks. Until this last week.

just read the label to ensure it does not have hidden carbs in the brand you are taking, I take calcium and vit d as one of the suppliments . Odd but some of these vitamins have some strange stuff in them you don't expect. I also take B complex and magnesium. Thenester I asked that question too when they posted before, just wasn't tracking macro's so closely but did take care on the low carb part.

My lightheadedness and lethargy went away after I started taking Hi-Lyte Electrolyte Concentrate. Trying to get my 'salt' in other ways was not working for me. I also dropped Splenda for a week or so, but then decided that the cost to my happiness was too high (I fast and during the day I will have a green tea with Splenda) and went back to using it.
