Been putting on a few lbs this week. Still tracking, but I started eating a bit of ice cream. I really need to keep to only one half cup serving. With the hot weather, I enjoyed a 2 cup shake a couple of days ago. I also had a DQ Moolattee. Things things are significant to the daily cal count. I will try to do better. I was so close to my current goal weight. I will strive to get there by next week.
