Down, down, down.....now to get under 160lbs....woo hoo...my second goal and milestone!!! Exactly 14.2 lbs lost, in two weeks. Was full last night...so I felt like I wouldn't have a decrease this morning. A buddie suggested when hungry....in 8oz warm water add 1 tsp of sea salt....did it yesterday...seemed to help.
