7:16 AM. 27.1 lbs Fat. I expected to see about a .5 lb weight loss after yesterday's big net calorie deficit but didn't happen. My day to day weight fluctuates alot so I try to only look at the trend.
155.3 lb Lost so far: 14.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah, I like to look at my weight by the week.

The days i expect a weight loss, none and then unexpected weight loss on other days. Just trying to make sure that my weight is less than 7 days before.
