i hate tracking and seeing no results... just did it for 4 days... gotta keep it up for 2 weeks... gotta keep the motivation going..


so i dont know whats better... to let everyone see my food/exercise journals or to keep everything private... i know i am not the best dieter, and my goal is to keep trying everyday to do the best i can, i know there will be a lot of slip ups but also a lot of good days on the way... i guess i'm afraid of judgment (negative).

What works for you guys, public or private accounts?
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The tracking really does help in the long run. I find it helpful because I can focus on the calorie big ticket items. Like I saw that a mocha latte was really a killer, so I switched to a nonfat latte with suger-free syrup - half the calories and just as good. Go with the puclic account. You get feedback from others, and they can maybe see things that you don't
