So i'm trying to set up a reward system for myself. What do you guys do every time you reach a weight goal? I was thinking a charm for a charm bracelet, but not sure if i will ever wear it... Thanks!

Spin class and aching feet
My arches of my feet ache while in spin class. Its always when im in 2nd or 3rd position. Is there anything something I can do?

Hi all... I just saw an advertisement for mint chocolate gum... Has anyone tried it? Is it actually good or gross? I always wanted chocolate gum, so i could have the flavor and not worry about wrecking my diet... Any opinions?

water weight question
yea, somehow eating by myself (something i've never really done until this year) is very hard to do. I view meals and cooking as chores and don't enjoy it as I used to. I do love to cook but when I have someone to share my meal with. (of course i get annoyed when my boyfriend finishes the entire meal without leaving leftovers...) So I'm noticing that I take shortcuts and I have to stop because they are harming my health...
