Holding at 70.3kg but the good news is I'm allowed to get back to running again from Monday so I know without a doubt that Wednesdays weigh in will break the 70kg barrier 👌🏻👍🏻
155.0 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've altered it a little. Allowing myself 1000 cals now but it's still working! 🙂
