Get in!!!!!
153.7 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1315 kcal Fat: 41.37g | Prot: 46.12g | Carb: 182.20g.   Breakfast: Alpro Soya Original Soya Milk, Kellogg's Rice Krispies (30g). Lunch: Lidl White Seeded Farmhouse Bread, Walkers Max Paprika, Sainsbury's Jazz Apples, Tesco Crumbed Ham. Dinner: Knorr Florida Spring Vegetable Soup, Tesco Sesame Rye Crispbread. Snacks/Other: KP Honey Roast Peanuts, Tesco Tropical Fruits Granola. more...

Over the moon. This is what I wanted to drop below 70kg. To think I'm 10st 9lbs now. I haven't been this lean since 2009/10
