I’m having a really hard day - dieting and trying to figure out how to use another app (this one) is making me nuts ... I don’t know where anything goes that I post ... diet hell most likely.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't sweat it - just try to find out one new thing about the site each day by just playing around in it and you will be a pro in no time!

I didn't understand the app either, and use a browser that support Desktop Mode. This way it all works as an ordinary web site.

Hey, don’t be discouraged. It’s much more difficult to live a life obese with health issues, emotional issues, lack of energy etc than figuring out this app. You said you eat approximately 1300 kcal. Do you weigh your foods? Estimate portions? Truthfully log your intake? Have you calculated your daily caloric need? Lots of questions. Sometimes it’s not as easy as calories in calories out. I was eating very healthy for a long time with out loss because I was eating too much healthy food like fruits, nut and avocados. Don’t give up. Tweak abc move on. Try something different for the next month n see. But what ever you do don’t give up!
