I'm setting a new goal. I want to weigh 190 lbs by next saturday!
I'm not sure how I'll speed up the weight loss but I'm hoping that I can.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hi Joanne! Wow, you are inspiring! I just found this website (I also use weight watchers and spark people) But I really feel comfortable with this one. I've been doing ww and have added atkins. I've done it in the past with a lot of success. Good luck with your goal! I know you can do it :-) Have you ever tried the Firm dvds? They are tough but good.

Drink water as much as you can stand, even if it's a half a cup at one time. IF you are craving sweets...a nice rounded tablespoon of cream cheese(I use the mixed berry flavor) will do the trick. ****I can attest to the following exercises! THEY DO WORK-DO THEM DAILY! *****RIGHT NOW....DAILY....PLUG THESE OUT EACH DAY LIKE IT IS A MATTER OR LIFE AND DEATH............START TO DO THESE THREE STOMACH EXERCISES....START WITH 10 EACH UNTIL YOU CAN BUILD UP TO 30 EACH. DON'T PUSH THE AMOUNT! RAISE THEM ONLY WHEN READY!.........................................(1)..Sit on the edge of your couch or chair. Spread feet and knees wide. Now cross your arms like your dead and buried..Bend over and bring your elbows down on the inside of your knees. If you can't do this THEN JUST TOUCH THE TOP OF YOUR THIGHS. IF YOU CAN'T SO THIS, THEN JUST BEND FORWARD AS FAR AS YOU CAN.....then raise up and do it again...........................................................(2). Sit back in a chair or couch. Lift you left knee up as high as you can then put it down on the floor. Repeat with right leg. THIS IS (1 count)........................................................ (3). Sit on the edge of your couch or chair. Do the dead man cross with your arms....Twist top body to left...now right. THIS IS (1 COUNT). ***SEXY HINT....I went to my jewlery boxes and pulled out long necklace chains and started hooking them together to FIT RIGHT AT MY BELLY BUTTON. I din't have one that was long enough...Well guess what...I am down to one beautiful gold fine chain...THAT MY HUSBAND DEARLY LOVES. IT MAKES ME FEEL SEXY AND AS MY STOMACH SHRINKS, THE CHAIN "DROPS DOWN A LITTLE MORE" I went to our senior bowling league last monday and work a short shirt on purpose, so that when I bent over it showed! MY FRIENDS KNOW THAT I'M WEARING THIS AND THEY THOUGHT IT WASN'T MORAL! GIVE ME A BREAK. I WANT TO FEEL SEXY WHILE LOSING WEIGHT.

I have found that I cannot force my body to lose weight no matter what goals I make, it has it's own plans. Try to work with your body and give it what it needs, it will repay you by shedding extra baggage. Love the food that loves you back. Patience is the key. The slower you lose it, the more likely you are to keep it off. Crash diets don't work, lifestyle changes do.
