I hate eating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am so sick and tired of eating. I'm not hungry.
And I have to some how come up with things to eat 6 freakin times a day. This morning I ate some nuts. Right now I'm forcing a cheese stick down my throat. And I hate it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I could seriously go all day and night without eating before...I know that is part of the reason I am FAT.
But now I am trying so hard, and I just am not hungry.
I'm gonna try eating something once an hour. Starting now to see if that at all helps me eat enough during the day.
Being fat and trying to be thin is the hardest most frustrating thing anyone could do.
I hate skinny people.

If you hate eating six times a day, why would you eat once an hour? I don't believe there's a certain AMOUNT of food you have to eat daily -- just the RIGHT foods! The six times a day thing supercharges your metabolism -- but it's not a PROBLEM if you eat small portions each time. And REMEMBER, some skinny people are reformed food addicts! :-)

Some skinny people know how you feel because they were there once. The thing about Atkins is that you do lose appetite, but you have to start listening to your body's energy needs instead of the hunger feeling. It isn't easy, but you are doing great.

Eat when you are hungry and pay attention to your stomach cause it will tell you when you are full. Then stop. I know this sounds like simple info but I think it is one of the hardest parts to losing weight. That is why most of us are fat. We eat too fast and don't pay attention to when we are full. We tend to over eat. ALOT! Our bodies are amazing things and they don't need alot of fuel. It will tell you how much you need. The others are right, it is learning what and how much to eat. Don't force it. And it will come. Good luck!!

MY MOTTO: EAT THE FOODS ON THE DIET THAT YOU LIKE! IF YOU CAN'T GET THE FOODS FROM THAT DIET YOU LIKE...CHOOSE A DIET THAT OFFERS THESE FOODS!!! I do not believe a person is fat because they don't eat! Good Grief! I would be as big as a house if I ate all the time! If you don't want to eat..THEN DON'T. As soon as you feel hungry shove the food you are supost to eat in till you are satisfied. Where you sigh, and say man, was that ever good! This morning I chopped 2 boiled eggs up, added mayo, 1T. bacon grease, and 4 slices diced cooked crisp bacon. It was fantastic! I ate it all at one sitting and was totally satisfied. I had coffee and water! I ate at 8:00 am and as each meal only satisfies a certain amount of time, I want to see how LONG it will take till I get hungry again.

I don't know that Atkins says you HAVE TO eat six times a day, it is just an option. Lord knows I don't have TIME to eat that often. I DO try to eat at least a small meal every 6 hours to keep my metabolism from flipping into starvation mode, part of the Atkins plan that I had to learn to do. See if you can find an Atkins allowable food that you like and satisfies your comfort and well being needs. Hope things get better!
