Good loss .. keep up the good work .. need ads like yours - can’t seem to tone mine up .. gym staff say it’s all about diet ?? 🤔

Thank you & thank you The key to this is ...... I ain’t a clue !! I just work hard, workout with as heavy a weight I can manage and (usually) don’t eat during the day but try for 2500-3000 cal’s from 3pm-ish I’m changing my eating habits slightly by eating something small during the day, when I have time I don’t want to lose anymore weight I want to gain more lean muscle mass now .....
