So wierd how my weight loss will show way down then I have my splurge day where I allow 1600-1800 instead of my usual 1200-1400 and I drop almost two pounds. Not complaining and I am sure there is some logic behind it that escapes me.
297.2 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 112.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

How often do you have your splurge day? Just wondering cause I was going to set my goal for once a month. You are doing so well what is your sercet? lol

I have my splurge once a week on date night with the hubby. otherwise my loss seems to stall.

cool thanks. I am goingto try to lower my calorie intake cause I reweight myself and I am at the samee weight
