158.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can’t seem to follow any “diet” so I eat less of everything..... and save the glass of wine for special occasions. This morning I weighed 153.0. So not great but dropping slowly.

If you could maintain a 1# or 1.5# loss every week?.... Slow n Steady is best!
