Yay! New low, 1 lb away from my goal for this week and two more days to hit it!! :)
176.8 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks girlies!! I'm really hoping I can stick with it this week...an extra boost is that I noticed my tracker has turned from orange to yellow, yay!!
