Woo hoo....down again. Just bummed because Rachel got real sick yesterday....I think she is in ketosis...where her body feels like crap! She was weak, pale, sick on her stomach. We told her to eat some carbs.....hope she feels better today!!
165.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
