Let the losing (and winning) begin! I went to the gym today and kicked it into high gear!!
152.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm not a 4am gym kind of girl, but just thought you ought to know that I haven't missed a single workout this week. And I'm taking the girls out for a bike ride later - halfway through the week and I'm shooting for a solid 1.5-2 pound loss Sat. But, hey! No pressure, right?!?!? (hee, hee, hee)
