After losing about 45 lbs. I quit paying attention and put 20 back on. Now I have refocused after hating to see my profile in the mirror. One big step for me was weighing in every day and matching up the weight change to my calorie intake. I realized, that for my activity level, that 1800 calories was the intake that allowed me to change my body and gradually lose weight. It was a big first step. A lot of research and learning from there has gotten me to where I am today. I couldn't easily answer the question that I kept getting asked, "What's your secret?"
