Only .7 ounce lost this week but I’ll take it for now. Really starting to see the weight loss in my clothes and body. Happy Thursday FS community 😊
166.7 lb Lost so far: 34.3 lb.    Still to go: 16.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 June 2018:
1224 kcal Fat: 81.92g | Prot: 92.15g | Carb: 32.66g.   Breakfast: Scrambled Egg, Coffee, Kroger Sugar Free Syrup, Cream (Half & Half), Nature's Eats Blanched Almond Flour, Butter (Salted). Lunch: Cucumber (with Peel) , Mozzarella Cheese, Skinless Chicken Breast, Denny's Sliced Tomatoes (3 Slices). Dinner: Kroger Sliced Mushrooms, Hormel Original Pepperoni Slices, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Provolone Cheese, Great Value Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Snacks/Other: Glucerna Mini Snack Bar - Chocolate Peanut. more...

I applaud your efforts. Diabetes is an insidious disease..that is often viewed as just another minor health issue... It isn't... My wife had diabetes..She was diagnosed at 43...by 50 she was insulin dependent... and at 57 she was dead...Modern medicine treats the symptoms not the cause. The proper diet is the solution..however, given the massive amount of people who have diabetes... it has become a disease that the sufferer and their family deal with.. and those that that lose the battle , become yet another reason.. for pharma companies to push more drugs that treat the symptoms.. There are many approaches... but ..the subject has to be willing to change an entire lifestyle... my wife wasn't.. You may have already looked into the 7th Day Adventist Diet.. but if not ..you should.. I stabilized my wife's disease for years...until she gave into what she liked best.
