Finally in the 160’s! Closer and closer to my first goal weight, then I’ll reasses how much more I should lose. Thanks to all of you here on FS. Your journals, stories and motivation are helping me with this new WOE. Have a great day everyone! 😁
167.4 lb Lost so far: 33.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
