I was so excited to weigh in this AM. I'm taking this day by day with a weekly goal to lose 1 pound. So far so good. I haven't felt deprived of anything, I'm just trying to learn how to fit it in correctly. I can do this.

Week 3 Goal: I will track everything I eat using Fat Secret this week. I will exercise and stay active by running 3x with my running buddy and then by myself 2x this week. I will do all this with the goal to lose 1 pound by Aug 6.
171.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
