Not quite sure why I didn't lose this week. I ate really well and walked a good pace 2 miles every day. I guess staying the same is better than a gain. I will focus on decreasing calories and bumping up activity this week and hope for a better result next weigh in. I am allowing myself a treat today, a hershey chocolate bar. If I don't I will go off the deep end and eat way more junk than is necessary.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

U know muscle does weight more then fat so may be u have lost weight and gained muscle?

It could be any number of things. Make sure you're getting plenty of water and rest. Also, bonthronm is right, it could just be that you added a bit of muscle. I'm not sure how you're weighing yourself, but it's good to weigh yourself nude first thing in the morning after you've emptied yourself. Either way, even if you're not losing weight right off the bat, following a good diet and exercising are definitely making you healthier. It'll happen.
