Much more physically active lately, for 4 months now. burning more calories than I'm eating.
Not as much as when I was 18 years old and cutting wood in Northern Minnesota, working dawn to dusk, for 3 or 4 months.
Then I was Eating 6 eggs, a half pound of bacon, a stack of 6 pancakes and syrup for breakfast, packing 6 Braunschweiger & mustard sandwiches for lunch and one day eating 3 of them on the way to work after eating that huge breakfast. since end of most every day I was too tired to cook supper. Didn't gain or loose any weight, since I was lean as a young man usually was at those times. (only ONE fat kid in grade school 8 years prior. It's only since the 80's? that we really need to be careful what we eat. Now MOST people are fat. Due to no fault of their own.
