WOW....almost down 10lbs in one week!!! I could feel the difference in my jeans I was wearing yesterday. Loose fitting in the waist and legs!!!
167.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
