I started yet again on Monday 3/17/08. I was doing well and then I went on a binge and ate everything under the sun. I gained 6 lbs in one week and got scared so back to Phase 1 to get rid of the 6 lbs. Then I'll be at a place where I want to really start eating right. I need to exercise so I'm wearing my pedometer again and hoping to do my 10,000 steps a day. It's so hard!!!
144.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

It's not easy to change our lifestyles and what we are use to eating. you can do it! don't let a gain get you down, some of that is just probably "temporary" weight gain and if you get right at it, it will come off fast.
