Back in the right direction. I am doing 8 hours per week of hard cardio and weight training. I just don't know why I am not dropping weight. But at least it is going back down now.
149.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

my old trainer claims muscle is heavier than fat but I don't know about that one as I have extra padding that hides muscle tone. Good work at keeping up with the gym and good loss.

Hey girl I have not been on for a while. You are still losing so you are doing well. Keep it up and before you know it you want even think about it anymore. It will just become a way of life. Not saying you will be good all the time. I still cheat sometimes but it makes me work out harder. But good luck and keep up the good work.
