Maintaining 13 st but a bit on the low side at the moment.
176.8 lb Lost so far: 44.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Too true.... looking forward to the weekend ! Seriously though.... I had bloods taken in January when I was almost 16 st and cholesterol was 6.9. Bloods taken last week and result was 5.2. Really pleased about that and now need to keep up the good work.
