Things to do when craving sweets at night...

1. Drink a glass of water
2. Drink a diet soda
3. Brush teeth


I need a longer list.

Heavy Whipping Cream and a little splenda and optionally a tiny bit of cocoa - you won't need much and cravings will pass

Have some protein. Knit...takes two hands. Hard to eat and knit. Go for a walk. Make a fresh brewed cup of (iced) tea. Write in a journal. Explore your cravings and what else, other than hunger might be triggering them.
