Finally HIT the Mark! It was a rough road since Feb when I started but made it to the finish line.

I plan to continue to use the system to manage my weight and exercise routine, you are never really done, until you are done!

169.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Way to go Scotty!! I knew you could do it. Lets keep it up and stay on a good maintenance plan. Good Buddy support is key.
