I knocked those vacation lbs. off me. I had no choice as I am going away to Key West for my 32 year Anniversary. I have busted my butt at the gym and ate keto all week. feeling Great!😁🤣🌷🌹😂😚
225.5 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 75.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
