I am proud of myself for logging all of my food this past week. I did eat whatever I wanted yesterday, but I didn't feel guilty, I just logged it all. Sure, I could have made better choices, but I didn't feel deprived or crazy all week.
Now, on to week 2. My goal this week is to log everything I eat and lose 1 pound. I can do it!
