Third day of phase 2.....was real hungry last night before dinner...but stuck to the menu. Jess and Rachel had dinner with me....it is so good to have them on this with me...because we can all be an encouragement to each other.

Drinking coffee only in the morning....the headaches are too intense if I stay away from the caffiene....and I LOVE COFFEE.
172.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
