Can someone PLEASE look at my food and tell me what I'm doing wrong? I haven't lost a pound since Sat. I drink about 60oz water a day and take a multi vitamin. I'm getting really discouraged!
203.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 63.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It looks like you are doing what your supposed to. Maybe it's just a stall? My weight loss has slowed for my second week but TOM is here so I'm not going to panic just yet. If you keep eating like you are the weight will come off. Don't give up. Try not to weigh until Saturday. I know its hard not to weigh every day because you are so excited but it can be your downfall too. Keep it up - it will come off!

It doesn't mean anything is wrong. Sometimes we stay the same for a week. It's pretty normal. But you can try switching up foods, your calories every day (high and low days), and changing up your exercise.

I stopped weighing every day because it was making me crazy.

Thanks for checking out the food for me. It's so hard not to get discouraged. That's my downfall on dieting. Once I stall out I just give up! It doesn't help that today is my birthday and my MIL and KIDS made me a birthday cake. Ugh. How do you say no to those cute little faces asking me to try some?!
