Slow drift up over the course of many weeks to months. A medical diagnosis made me a little depressed and inactive. Have recently upped the exercise quite a bit. In much better spirits. Now to turn the diet around.
309.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
