i am the smallest i ve ever been but i will say it is tough. i am in every workout class my gym has to offer and i began running 5ks. i barely eat-- breakfast is one eggo waffle, lunch is a yogurt or bake potato, and dinner is two tbsp of strawberries or some beans. i no longer think of food all the time, so thats a good thing. an insensitive friend after asking the how much they thought i weighed and they said 97 lbs. geez. i wonder when i go back home will anyone notice that i have lost weight?
