Slow downward trend :) I am trying to really change my living style towards something sustainable. In the past I have always gained weight back, but i feel like this time, with the right attitude, will be the last time.
165.6 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
