finally learning what works for me to loose weight, what I can do to maintain weight and what will help me gain weight... so completing a 3 day fast today. so while on KETO, need to cut back on the amount of dietary fat. found out too much dietary fat stalls and stops my weight loss. but it also is a great way to maintain weight...
216.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.3 lb a week
