losing about a pound per month. I need to do a little better than that.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

May I suggest daily logging of your food? Even if you aren't following a specific diet, and don't have macro goals you're aiming for, just documenting what you eat will often keep you aware of mindless snacking. Until I started logging, I thought I was doing okay but just not losing weight for some reason. Then I found the reason... it was the activity between my hand and mouth that my brain wasn't even noticing! LOL
