1274 kcal Fat: 33.29g | Prot: 43.68g | Carb: 129.70g.   Breakfast: kellogg's special k multigrain oats & honey, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: Oikos Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, del monte diced pears no added sugar, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, Fiber Therapy. Dinner: rhodes bake and serve dinner roll, sweet leaf green tea, harvestland ground turkey, coffee, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), onion, Low Sodium Tomato Sauce. Snacks/Other: plum, Extra Dark Chocolate 60% Cacao, merlot wine, almonds. more...
