1244 kcal Fat: 33.11g | Prot: 43.22g | Carb: 122.16g.   Breakfast: blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee, kellogg's special k multigrain oats & honey. Lunch: del monte diced pears no added sugar, Fiber Therapy, blue diamond chocolate almond milk, Oikos Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt. Dinner: onion, Low Sodium Tomato Sauce, harvestland ground turkey, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked), rhodes bake and serve dinner roll, sweet leaf green tea, coffee. Snacks/Other: Extra Dark Chocolate 60% Cacao, merlot wine, almonds. more...
