The yoyoing continues. Can't seem to get out of the 260's. Truth- Not a perfect week eating. Some drinks on Friday and ate out twice. (Did watch what I ate.) Expected the possibility of not losing but 4lb gain. :(
I will not be discouraged.
On A good note, daughter graduates from college this weekend.
Have a great weekend all.
264.7 lb Lost so far: 59.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Spot on, do not give up, do not give in. Keep tracking what you are doing. Look both at how may cals and what kind of cals you are taking in. As you drop the bod changes (its constantly in a state of change actually) so a change in something may be in order. You will figure it out, the progress you have made proves that. You gots this. And big 'grates to your daughter. That is awesome, enjoy the time celebrating with her!
