Here is day 7 of following my diet and the challenge.

Since starting this diet, I gained 1lb in 7 days. Although I have not exercised, I have been eating less calories than I consume.

It is a new week, and I will work harder to burn MORE calories!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I notice that my weight loss stalls when I don't drink enough water. Water helps flush out your body and keep you from retaining water weight; especially if you are going to be exercising more. Keep at it, and good luck!!
