Hi, I am a 40-something female, 5'1", and I live in sw Missouri. I started my 20's around 95 lbs, and my 30s around 135 lbs. Now I am in my 160's!!
I have rarely met a food I did not like, and I love trying new things. I need to learn to moderate, to learn better choices, and to have the willpower to implement those choices.
I am glad to have found this site, and I appreciate its information, the accountability, and the support the community provides. I love the challenge features and will be making use of them! I was properly motivated last year and went from 175 to 149 lbs in 3 months; but now I am back up to 169 lbs.
Motivation is back, and I'm ready to live healthier and to loose the extra weight again and, hopefully this time, keep it off!

Lost all of my last year's gains due to a crappy winter. =( Lost my Grandma and didn't take it well.
This year, my sister's wedding is in August, so no fooling around this time! My 1st goal is 147 by mid-May (29 lbs)
My 2nd goal is to be 132 (15 more lbs) by the Wedding trip (2nd week in August). I'm jump-starting my first month and a half (mid Feb to early April) by doing HCG, then following up with better nutrition, walking, and working out. Still doing dance class once a week as well.
