Well it's day 15...I have gained a total of .8 lbs since beginning this. I'm really not sure why? I have started recording all of the calories I consume, and (assuming that the calories burned are correct) I have been burning more than I consume...WTH?!? I'll keep trying...Maybe I need to burn MORE?

Here is day 7 of following my diet and the challenge.
Since starting this diet, I gained 1lb in 7 days. Although I have not exercised, I have been eating less calories than I consume.
It is a new week, and I will work harder to burn MORE calories!

I'm really proud of how well I've been doing so far...this is day #3...I feel like I am doing very well with eating, but should be more active! I need exercise to help burn more calories and build muscle.
Still doing well on following the challenge!

FEELING GOOD!!! I can definitely tell a difference already! Sunday I felt kind of sluggish, but now I'm ready to go! I'm fueling my body with fruits and veggies instead of candy and sugar. Although I did not exercise last night, I still stayed under my calorie intake! I joined "A Challenge for Anyone" and I really believe that's the best place to start! I'm so excited and ready to do this! My next weigh in will be Sunday/Monday morning, I can't wait to see the results!
