Not a good day yesterday, had too much fat in my food but had a great workout. Still not happy with how i ate though, need to find other items that i can eat that are less fat
156.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
