I could be very discouraged right now loosing only 1 lb this wk. but it refuse to be! I did a good job (not perfect) following the diet and exercising...atleast the scale went south and not north. i'm headed in the right direction. We can all do this! We deserve it for not only our appearance but our self esteem and HEALTH! Keep plugging everyone! ~Ali
165.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great attitude...1 pound is still an accomplishment and it's so much better to lose weight slowly so it lasts.
